Marine Review after completing AIMC

“I just finished the PEX/UEX/DEX for AIMC and I started using the regular blade antenna and I wasn’t getting hardly any comms. I swapped to my CAAT antenna and was relaying comms from the LP/OPs to our COC... I was using a 152 and the COC had a 117. I was reaching father out with my 152/CAAT antenna then the COC was with their 117. In the Urban we were in steel boxes cutting off almost all comms and all I had to do was throw my CAAT antenna 2” outside a window and I had crystal clear comms.
