Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For domestic orders in the USA, we ship with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (depending on what the customer selects at check-out). For international shipping, we use USPS International or DHL (depending on what the customer selects at check-out). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipment. If international orders are returned for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping fees.

 

LEAD TIMES

All CAATail Antenna products are made to order, and will have a lead time. Lead times for in-stock items are 3-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the homepage (because we are a small business with limited staff, we may have to extend lead-times for various events/training throughout the year).

For order management we purchase and print shipping labels prior to actually shipping out the product. This helps us organize the daily work orders (meaning you will receive an email tracking number but the actual order is still being processed and crafted on our end and the lead-time has begun).
