Refund policy

RETURNS: Items (excluding Relocation Cables) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipping. Items must be new and unused. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors will not be accepted. If the return is an issue on our part, we will provide the shipping label. If the return is not an issue on our part, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping back to our location.

EXCHANGES: Items (excluding Relocation Cables) can be exchanged for a different item within 30 days of shipping. Items must be new and unused. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors will not be accepted. If the exchange is an issue on our part, we will provide the shipping label. If the exchange is not an issue on our part, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping back to our location.

EXCLUSIONS: Relocation Cables. Please read carefully which relocation cable will work with your specific radio and stick antenna. All of our products are made to order and we do not re-sell returned goods. The relocation cables are more time demanding to craft. 

 

ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Items can be canceled or changed with a full refund issued, so long as the item has not been shipped.  Changing items already in progress of being made may increase Lead Times on the order. Once an item has shipped, the Return Policy applies. If you would like to change or cancel any part of an order, you will need to contact customer service; they will be happy to assist you in this process.
